Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Frozen. For soft rolls defrost 1-2 hours
For crusty rolls preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC (Fan) and bake for 8 min
Tip: To quicken the process, microwave on defrost for 1 min. and then cook in the preheated oven for 4 minutes.

Best GF rolls I have found
These are the best I have evervfound. Freeze well -easy to pop in oovne torefresh and taste as slose to normal rolls as you will ever get . Delicious . Hope the new improved recipe - which i have not yet tasted - does not change this

Best rolls I have found
Usually gluten free bread and rolls are not that nice, but these rolls, to me anyway, are the best I have found. You heat them up in the oven for a few minutes and they are nearly like real bread rolls. The only thing is, they seem to be out of stock a lot of the time, but maybe because they are nice, they sell out quickly.
