crisp bread
Excellent with banana for breakfast and plain yoghurt in a bowl recommended
Good crunch.
Great to have a savoury crunch. Goes with anything, and stays whole with creamy toppers, though not really suitable as 'wet' foods base. Simple and good and satisfying.
Multiple uses
These are very tasty as a snack & not just by “gluten free standards”. They do go soggy quickly with moist toppings, so eat up as soon as you make them! I also find them a great alternative to breadcrumbs - when crushed up they are very like the expensive panko kind & make a great coating for chicken & croquettes etc - try mixing with paprika & Parmesan- yummy! I add them to meatball & stuffing mixes too & it always works great. I generally have a couple of back-up packs on the shelf as these are a real staple in our house.
Yummy
these are really tasty and make a lovely low calorie gluten free lunch
Excellent
I just love crispbread and at last I've found a gluten free one that like. Another regular for the shopping list.
