I agree with the poster who said these are too soft. They are ..but for some reason if you refrigerate them it permanently firms them up even if you subsequently leave them out of the fridge. No idea how or why but it works.
Had these many times now and they're never soft,always pack a punch and you get some pretty big slices at the top of the jar. By far our favourite jalapenos.
I've tried all the different brands of jalapenos and these are the best. More expensive than some other brands but worth the money - nicely hot and tasty
