I find this pesto really oily with very little flavour. Not a fan Im afraid

Dissapointment

The taste of this sauce only remotely resembles Pesto. It feels awfully tart in the mouth, like microscopic grains of sand on the teeth. The texture lacks creaminess as well.

Delicious!

This pesto is what good pesto should taste like. Fresh and well balanced with lovely whole pine nuts in it. I always grate a little lemon zest into it and top with fresh parmesan on spaghetti. Lovely with added clams, mussels or chicken or just on its own. Really tasty and quick meal.
