Lovely
A fabulous substitution for chicken. Will definitely use again.

Love it
I love the 'chicken' pieces... however, I don't buy it to 'replace' chicken so it doesn't have to be called 'chicken' pieces for me. I love it for what it is. Adds depth to a meal, tastes great and is healthy. If I really wanted chicken - I'd just buy that instead. However, I don't want chicken - I love Quorn!

not close enough
I'm probably quite fussy but even with a lot of sauce it was still noticeably different to actual chicken. The texture isn't quite right for me. Others may not mind though.

Nice alternative
So it doesn't exactly taste like chicken but its texture is designed to replace chicken in a saucy dish and I think it works very well. Main downside is that it's an odd weight, too much for one person in one meal and not enough for a family. Also, the instructions on the back limit cooking options. I have always popped mine on grease proof paper in the oven for 15-20 minutes. They don't dry out and cook soft and evenly as I'm not keen on how they turn out fried. I'm a clean eater so prefer them dry with my meal!
