Cooking Guidelines
Remove outer packaging but leave pie in its foil container.
Place on a baking tray, on the middle shelf, in a pre-heated fan assisted/gas oven and heat for 30-35 minutes at 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
These are only guidelines as appliances may vary.
Adjust baking times according to your particular oven (conventional ovens may take longer than fan assisted ovens). Always check that food is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.
For a deeper golden colour, glaze with milk or a beaten egg before baking.

Really small but nice
Hardly any chicken
All pastry, miniscule chicken and veg.
Horrid
Can not cook this pie for love nor money. After 35 mins the pastry is still raw underneath. Took it out the foil and cooked upside down for a further 15mins, and its still pale. It certainly does not puff life the pictures, its a sad looking mess.
Delicious Pie! Family love them!
Great quick and tasty family meal accompanied with new potatoes and veg! Kids love them!
Disgrace to the name
Pukka pies have always had a good name amongst pie eaters. These bring the name into disrepute. Soggy pastry that cannot be cooked properly no matter what. The filling is non-existent and as for the meat filling, what meat filling? What meat was in the pie was probably reconstituted and tasted awful. The pastry was soggy and uncooked. Puff pastry should not be chewable. All in all, I regret not keeping my receipt as I would have returned these and demanded a refund. May "cook" remaining pies for the dog and I'll eat his canned food.
Don\x27t buy they are disgusting
Horrible product, inedible. Very little filling, all pastry. Cooked 2 1st time as per instructions, the pastry top was cooked the base was still raw. 2nd time cooked last 2, went against the instructions & took them out of the foil case & placed them upside down on a preheated baking tray so base would cook first. Took much longer than the instruction time to cook the base. Turned over to finish cooking the top. Probably was in oven at least another 15mins on top of instruction time & when cut into it all the pastry was still partly raw inside. It's not my oven no problems cooking other food.
