Cooking Instructions - General. For best results do not pierce sausages.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked before consuming. For best cooking result grill or fry.
Make sure the product is piping hot before serving.; Grill - From Chilled. Set temperature to a medium heat and grill for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place sausages on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven at 180°C, 350°F, Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 minutes turning occasionally. For fan assisted ovens adjust cooking times according to manufacturer's handbook.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Shallow fry over a medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

These have changed…..
Used to be lovely but more mushy now and not so meaty - I will stop buying these :(

low calories
Very tasty, they do not shrink. Best of all they do not contain onions. Nice to buy lower calorie sausages that still retain a good flavour.

Awful
They are awful. No flavour and the skins were very chewy. Ended up throwing them away. I wont be buying them again- sorry
