Great for snacking in between meals during the working day to hold off the hunger until the meal times. After gym workout sessions is a good idea too. It's also great addition to pasta or pizza toppings. Used this in a homemade paella, which adds a bit more flavor and protein - although I would recommend adding the spicy variant instead for the extra kick :p
These are great for a low calorie snack at 99 calories. They have a smoky spicy taste without the heat and a nice meaty texture. They're also great as part of a packed lunch.
