I've used Old Bay all my life. Was so excited to see it pop up over here. But then saw the recipe is different, and it's loaded with sugar! The original Old Bay seasoning is simply Celery Salt (Salt, Celery Seed), Spices (Including Red Pepper and Black Pepper), and Paprika. It has zero sugar or carbs. Disappointed.
Great to use as a sprinkling of marinade for meat, fish or veg. Unbelievable on a bbq or simply in the oven or under the grill it gives an added bonus of flavour to food
Lovely seasoning that u can just about use on anything was so nice and left the meat and vegetables tasting amazing lovely smoky taste definitely recommend
