I don't understand the previous review. It's a toothbrush. I don't think it's claiming to be innovative or ground-breaking... but as a bog standard toothbrush, it's pretty good. My toddler chews all his brushes - the bristles on this one seem to resist his assaults a bit longer than branded ones. That's pretty much all i can hope for from a toothbrush.
