The only milk I buy
I no longer buy fresh milk, but use this instead. It makes the most delicious milky coffees and is good for everything that fresh milk is used for. The biggest bonus though is that it doesn't go sour, and I never run out of milk because I always have a spare in the cupboard.
Needs better information
The instructions say 32.5gm per 225ml - I haven't got a weighing scale accurate enough to measure 32.5gm. There is a picture of a spoon with "x3" which I suppose means use three spoonfuls. What size spoon? Level or heaped? Eventually I just kept adding the powder till it tasted something like milk - not very satisfactory at all.
Not bad!
Dissolves easily. Tastes like UHT longlife milk but not strongly so. I make it up the previous night and chill it for my morning cereal. A 400g tin makes about 4 pints. Shelf life of 2 years. 40:300 makes a generous amount for my cereal and 2 big coffees.
Great!
Ran out of milk: This is a fab backup for store cupboard to pull out for that eager cuppa.
delicious
Mix this with cold water, rather than adding directly to your brew. Really impressed with the flavour, keeps well when made up. Useful for baking.
A surprise
I received this as a substitute for an out of stock item on my delivery. I followed the advise of previous reviewer and added a little water to the powder then added my coffee and hot water. I now have a new favourite, and the bonus is if I run out of milk I have this to fall back on. A little expensive but I love it and the taste.
