For proper Italian pasta (and why would you want anything else?), add pasta to a large pan of slightly salted boiling water and cook for 7 minutes until al dente. If you like your pasta a little softer, cook for 9 minutes. Drain, smother in sauce and enjoy.

A fresh, green bean salad to revolutionise your lunch game

Serves 4 people
200g Broad beans
100g Sugar snap peas
100g Fine green beans
200g Napolina gluten free fusilli
4 tbsps Napolina extra virgin olive oil
1 Red chilli, seeded & chopped
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp Honey
Salt & pepper
Small bunch of parsley, coarsely chopped
1 Blanch the broad beans and remove the skins (if tough).
2 Trim and halve the sugar snaps and green beans.
3 Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for 7 minutes. Add the sugar snaps and green beans to the pan 3 minutes before the end of cooking.
4 Drain thoroughly, refresh under cold water and place in a salad bowl.
5 Whisk together the oil, chilli, lemon juice, honey and seasoning. Pour over the salad, scatter with the parsley and toss lightly together.

Cooking Guidelines
Boil - From Ambient. Add pasta to a large pan of slightly salted boiling water, return to the boil and cook for 7-9 minutes according to taste. A shorter cooking time will create a firmer authentic Italian texture ('al dente' meaning 'firm to the bite'). Drain and serve with your favourite Napolina pasta sauce.

Just like the original….
I’ve never tried gf pasta but I have to say that I am impressed. It tastes exactly like wheat based pasta’s.

brilliant gf alternative
I got this for my husband when I couldn't get morrisons own gf pasta, wow they have nailed it, you can't really tell the difference from normal pasta, we all eat this now saves doing 2 types,

Great substitute
I’ve tried lots of GF pasta! I found this thinking surely a pasta brand would do a better job and wow they have done! It doesn’t expand as much so you do have to do a little more but it’s really good!! It doesn’t have a weird after taste either which I found with other brands! 10/10 would recommend

Delicious gluten free pasta
One of the best new gluten free pastas to arrive at Morrisons. We have bought it every week on repeat! Holds together better than the Morrisons own brand gluten free fusilli pasta and tastes better too
