Preparation and Usage
Bag it:
- Pop 4 chicken breasts (approx. 500 g) in the bag, add your spice, fold the open edge of the bag twice and crease well.
- Give it a gentle shake to spread the spice.
Bake it:
- Preheat oven to 210°C (fan assisted 190°C).
- Place the bag lying flat on a baking tray with the seams downwards and place on the bottom rack of the oven.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
- When the buzzer goes, open the bag, coat the chicken in the juices and serve. Enjoy!

Tasty with a hint of lemon
This made a pleasant change, not sure I needed the bag though, just the rub would have done. The lemon wasn't fake tasting or overpowering. I think next time I'd add a couple of lemon slices. I felt the chicken needed slightly longer cooking time than was suggested. I'd happily buy again.

A definite repeat!
Wonderful flavouring! Lemon not overpowering nor fake tasting. Not spicy at all. You just notice a little "zing" in the back of your throat. Not salty tasting either another huge plus! Wonderful paired with rice and a simple lettuce salad.
