Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add the contents of the pack. Cover the pan and return to the boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and cook until tender. Pierce bag in several places and place on a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 4 minutes (Cat E/850W), 4 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W) or until piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Take care when opening bag as hot steam will escape.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 7-8 min
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the contents of the pack and stir fry over a moderate heat until vegetables soften.
