Cooking Guidelines
Boil - From Chilled. 18-20 Minutes
1. Place 600ml of water into a saucepan with a vegetable stock cube and bring to the boil.
2. Carefully empty the contents of the bag into the pan and bring back to the simmer.
3. Gently simmer for 18-20 minutes, season to taste.
4. Either serve as a vegetable broth or blitz to create a smooth purée.
5. Serve and enjoy.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Chilled. 20-23 Minutes
1. Fry off the vegetables in 1 tablespoon of butter or vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add a stock cube and 600ml of water and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Great soup
Makes lovely soup in the soup maker. As for the short date on delivery you can always freeze it and use another day.

Convenient and tasty
Making soup is so easy with these bags, and you get a nice mix of fresh vegetables. I just put into the pan with stock and lentils, season and it's done!

Not for delivery
Been getting this product for a while now, but have recently found that deliveries only give a 1 day shelf life and no longer choose ones which have several day shelf life. It's a shame as it's a good product but not to be purchased if you are not planning on eating it the next day. The short life spans of Morrisons deliveries are starting to put me off Morrisons for Home Delivery especially when items like this are destined to go off unless you have a daily or bi daily delivery slot with Morrison.

good for stews
Bought this on last internet shop first time. I used it in slow cooker for a stew and was surprised how tasty it was and convenient.
