Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w, 13min, Cat D 750w, 14 min
Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place into a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 7 minutes (Cat E/850W), 7 minutes (Cat D/750W).
Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Never again
Incredibly bland you have been warned and the pasta sheets are dense and stodgy. Also for the life of me I can't figure out why meat free products are nearly double the price of their meat counterpart versions. Ridiculous

Ok
This was alright but I wouldn’t buy it again. I cooked it in the microwave as it said to do for “best results” but I wonder if it would have been better in the oven to crisp up the top.
