Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the produt is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Chilled. 1. Remove all packaging and place contents into a pan of boiling water.
2. Reduce the heat & simmer for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain before serving. Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Chilled. 1. Pierce the bag several times and place on a microwavable plate.
2. Cook on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds (CatE/800W), 4 minutes 30 seconds (CatB/650W).
3. Stand for 1 minute then serve and enjoy.; Steam - From Chilled. 1. Remove all packaging and place the beans in a steamer.
2. Steam for 5-7 minutes or until tender.
3. Drain, serve and enjoy.

Good compost
Very short shelf life and they seemed slimy. I did not use them and had to dispose of them.
