It does not taste like pure sesame oil, it's mixed with cheap oils maybe sunflower oil. With this price I dont expect it's pure sesame oil though but it should state in the description/ingredient list/label. Need to go back to oriential supermarket for pure oil.
Really nice flavour, I don’t use for everything but it’s nice in a homemade peanut dipping sauce for summer rolls and also great for frying tofu for flavour. I haven’t used on much else though only specific Asian inspired food
This sesame oil is lovely, really concentrated and tastes nicer than other brands. The only problem is being so perishable it is always short dated and as only a small amount is needed, it is always impossible to use the whole bottle by the date. An 100ml bottle would be better.
I mix this with regular sunflower oil for my stir fries and this adds an authentic oriental twist to the flavour. I always keep one in my food cupboard. This little bottle goes a long way when mixed with regular cooking oil as it's too strong to use on its own.
Ruined our meal, very gritty, but probably differs from each Bach
I use this with the Morrison's egg noodles and the result is amazing. tastes just like take away only healthier. I also use this oil in my natural skin and hair care blended with other oils and it makes my hair and skin so soft and moisturized.
