Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Wrap joint in foil. Place on to a baking tray. Rest for 2 minutes.

Poor quality
This joint was expensive even at a reduced price! The joint string was so embedded into meat it broke up the whole joint when you removed it! Very disappointing!

sorry morrisons but this just is to to salty
Beautiful
I dont understand the other reviews. We had this at Christmas and again yesterday. We coated in honey & mustard and roasted on 180c for 2 hours, as stated, it was beautiful, moist, tender and delicious.
Dreadful
Quite simply the worst product ever bought from Morrisons. Rolled up meat, salty and full of fat. Chewy and ghastly to eat.
Gone down hill
This used to be a good joint. The last one I ordered was poor quality; gristle and fatty.

Requested refund but ignored, it was leaking and a rolled end cut not quality whatsoever.
