Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure the sausages are piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked. If frozen defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan and under a medium hot pre-heated grill for 17-20 minutes. Turning occasionally. Serve and enjoy.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over a medium heat. Fry the sausages for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently. Drain any excess oil before serving. Serve and enjoy.

Very Strong Leek
These sausages were so strong tasting of leek with a metallic taste - awful - would not recommend!

Funny taste
I really love leeks and pork sausages. Not these ones! They don't taste fresh as you would expect from having leeks in them. The seasoning is very strange.

These sausages tasted damp, earthy, they were awful we had to throw them all away!

Fousty
Have bought these sausages online and instore, they smell great raw, but when cooking smell fousty, and taste fousty, unpleasant to eat, and were left on the side of the plate!

I love leek and pork sausages but these are awful! My boys said it was like eating 'garden' and it actually is - avoid!
