Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure the sausages are piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan and under a medium-hot pre-heated grill for 17-20 minutes turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190ºC/Fan 170ºC/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.

wonderful
these are super tasty, but you have to cook them as recommended, then they are like the original butchers sausages. It's all in the cooking

Finest cumberland sausages
Sorry morrisons, but if they are your best please try harder! They spit and pop while cooking making a mess and at the price are not worth the effort for a poor quality banger!

Why have you changed these to gluten free??! They were great as they were. We don't all want gluten free !!!! Lost a customer there

Changing these to gluten free has ruined a good sausage, they are now dry and tough, awful.
