Wash before use
Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Empty contents into a suitable non-metallic container, add 30ml water and cover loosely. Cook on full power for or until tender for 6 minutes (Cat B/650W), 5 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.; Steam - From Ambient. Remove all packaging. Trim ends and wash. Place in a steamer over boiling water and cook for 15-16 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.

Delicious broccoli
Used this product when cooking tenderstem broccoli with lemon butter. One of my favourite recipes that perfectly complements mashed potato. Absolutely delicious.

dissapointed
Had this in my morning delivery for later that day. When unpacked it was all yellow and smelt rotton. Shame on whoever picked this for delivery,would not recommend!

sorry but it was horrible!!
I thought I would like to see what this was like, you know don't knock it till you try it. as I love the normal broccoli, so I bought two packs. what a mistake! I did it in the microwave as suggested, it was raw even after another couple of minutes. anyway will not be buying again. probably just don't like raw veg.

delicious
This is great value for a tender stem broccoli and it tastes absolutely delicious. Ive enjoyed it both steamed and fried, with peanuts and a honey/garlic/soy sauce mixture.
