Preparation and Usage
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
Rare: Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Medium: Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
Well done: Fry for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Dry aged rib eye
It was tasty I can't say it wasn't & normally I have it well done but it was thin enough to manage medium, however, there was 2 big lumps of fat running through the middle of mine & my partners, a bit of ribbing & on the end but it was very off putting, I removed almost half of the steak & they're not cheap! It was actually a substitution, not sure I would by again although if you have a dog or a cat, it certainly won't get wasted
Excellent!
These steaks are quite thin so must be careful not to overcook, but if cooked properly and rested, they are first class with beautiful flavour and succulency.
Super thin!
Sadly the quality isnt as good anymore, the steaks are always very thin, so they over cook quickly.
Excellent steak
We have never had a bad piece of rib eye. I do put it in a freezer bag and give it a wallop with my steak hammer. The cooking instructions are spot on. It really is tasty and tender.
Not the best
This was substituted for our normal rib eye steak but it's certainly not 'the best'! We found both pieces were full of gristle and it wasn't as tender as our usual steak.
