Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Chilled. Melt 10g butter or 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan or wok. Fry off the vegetables for 3-4 minutes. Add contents of sauce sachet plus 100ml water, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 12-15 minutes. Add crumb and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 10

Carefully open one side of the punnet and remove both sachets. Open the sauce sachet and gently squeeze the contents into the punnet thoroughly dressing the cabbage in the sauce. Re-cover punnet with the film and place in microwave and cook on full power for 7 minutes (Cat E/850W), 7 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Open crumb sachet and sprinkle contents into the pack and stir thoroughly. Re-cover and cook for a further 3 minutes (Cat E/850W) or 3 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Leave to rest for 1 minute.
