Perfect for roasting

If you are on low-carb diet and you wish to cook mushrooms with cheese (feta, goat cheese and etc) - these mushrooms are the best choice! just be careful- would be a lot of water :) Very tasty, easy to clean, easy to cook, low carbs.

Ok but uneven

I had planned to make stuffed mushrooms but one was more like a cap so impossible to stuff and shrunk to nothing when cooked...check if you can before you buy, impossible of course if you shop online like me.

Delicious

Good size for 1 each. We stuffed them with garlic and chilli and covered with cheese, delicious.
