Place the required amount of frozen pucks on a tray and cover with cling film. Fridge defrost: Allow to defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 8 hours and use within 24 hours. Ambient defrost: Allow to defrost at room temperature for approximately 4-6 hours. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.

220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 10-14 min
If defrosted in the fridge, bring to ambient temperature, and use within 1 hour. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Roll or stretch the dough on a lightly floured surface to approx. 10 12 inches in diameter (25-30cm round). This will give you a classic thin and crispy pizza base. Move the pizza base to a lightly floured pizza tray or greaseproof lined baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes if not including toppings. Alternatively, spread pizza sauce/tomato sauce across the surface then add your chosen toppings. Place in the oven for approx. 12-14 minutes. Depending on toppings and thickness, this may require slightly longer. Your pizza will be ready when the crust has turned golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 3-5 minutes before eating.

Fantastic
I made a pizza with the frozen pucks. The result was the best pizza I’ve made. Nice raised crunchy crust and tasted excellent. Definitely will been stocking up with these.
Rapeseed oil?
Marketed as 'The Best' but using cheap unhealthy ingredients like rapeseed oil.. surely olive oil should be used here as an authentic ingredient for pizza. Marketing as a luxury product when it absolutely isnt
Delicious and convenient
Easy to use and useful to have in the freezer. Delicious pizza dough - not thin crust but it has a lovely texture and flavour.

Fantastic, easy to use and tasty.
Weve recently got an outdoor pizza oven so are trying all the different pizza bases - ready made, make your own, roll & use and these. Frozen pucks, each one the perfect size for one pizza. They are fantastic. For a start, theyre frozen so wont go off in the fridge (as some fresh dough did) so you can keep them until you need them. Take them out the freezer a few hours before required, then roll out and bake. Theyre delicious and the taste is far better than anything else weve tried. Will definitely be keeping a pack (or 2) in the freezer from now on.

Morrisons The best pizza pucks are miles better quality and value than the northern dough companys pizza doughs. We love them. We have a Rocbox and find its a very convenient way to have home cooked pizza.
