Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Do not allow to boil. Stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 3 min 30 sec
Cat D 750w 3 min 30 sec
Empty contents into a microwavable jug. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Stir well, then heat on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Leave to stand for 1 minute. Stir well.

This brandy sauce was the star of our Christmas dinner. Fabulous flavour and tasted very alcoholic. Made the party go with a swing!
