Poor Quality Ham

On receipt of this ham today, I was very dissatisfied with the quality. There was almost as much fat as there was meat and it looked to have an unusual appearance. Im not a fussy eater, but on this occasion I felt that it probably had escaped any quality control and that I shouldnt consume it. I wouldnt consider buying it again.
