Regional Information
Swartland is a large wine producing area north of Cape Town. The climate is hot and dry leading to more concentrated fruit flavours in grapes harvested from this region.

Vinification Details
Grapes are crushed and destemmed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh fruit flavours of the wine. A short period of ageing on the less and on oak staves followed before bottling.
