Terrible
First time trying these and I'm shocked at how bad they are. While they were in the toaster all I could smell was vinegar, which I thought was bizarre. I checked the packet and they do contain vinegar. While this isn't unusual in breaded items, I've never had anything smell of vinegar on toasting. They tasted very bland, certainly didn't get any sourdough vibes, and about 10 minutes later I was left with a strange after taste. I'm presuming this is down the the vinegar. I don't know if this is a bad batch, but as they are terrible.

Yuk they so salty all you can taste is salt nasty won't buy again.

enjoyed ours with beans and cheese on top (plus chilli sauce on mine). very tasty

I bought these expecting them to be a change from regular crumpets but apart from them seeming a little more doughy they weren't different enough to warrant the price imo.
Not real sourdough - vinegar is added!
Unfortunately these have not got fermented flour which is what makes sourdough. Theyve just added malt barley vinegar
these melt and are so delicious
what magic is this upon us, this crumpet is so nice it needs no topping. unlike other crumpets, you chew extensively. these seem to dissolve lovingly upon the palet and are just pleasure. wonderful 10/10
