delicious not too salty and no water
These have a great rind and are worth spending the extra money on.
Very tasty
Worth paying extra for the taste and quality, lovely and tender not too salty, grill them in halogen oven not chewy no gristle etc leave rind on until cooked then remove before eating.

Great gammon steaks
Lovely gammon steaks. Thick, without being too chewy, Lean and not too salty either. I always buy these gammon steaks, rather than the cheaper version and they are well worth it. As for the packaging that everyone struggles with, I simply cut round the gammon, closely and they come out, no problems.
Opening: a tip...
1. Slide a sharp knife through the plastic that covers the meat and push it underneath, between it and the bottom of the pack. 2. Keeping the knife between the meat and the bottom of the pack, cut the plastic all the way around the pack. 3. Peel off the plastic on top lifting an edge with the knife once the pack has been cut all round is an easy way to get a grip on it.
