Storage and Usage
Cooking Guidelines
Remove from packaging and gently fry the meat in a tablespoon of oil over a medium heat until browned. Add your desired stock or sauce and vegetables. Cover and gently cook on a rolling simmer stirring occasionally for 2-3 hours.

stew o a winter evening
I cooked this in a slow cooker added the usual ingredients and veg. Absolutely tender and so tasty. So pleased I've ordered 3 packs .
Inedible
The past several times I've gotten this, it's been nothing but connective tissue. Having to spit half of it out. Completely unfit for purpose.
Perfect for soup too!
I made a beef and tomato soup. Starting with browing this in a pan with onions. Throwing in two tins of chopped tomatoes, seasoning, worcestershire sauce and a couple of stock cubes. When boiling, turned it down to simmer for about 3 hours (basically I got busy and forgot about it) And it was perfect. The meat was so tender I will make it again.

Absolutely love this Braising steak,so tender when it's been in the Slow cooker all day, only downfall when I order 2 packs is one is always smaller than the other, but other than that, I have never had a problem.
