Thick and syrupy

HUGELY expensive but worth it. Thick and syrupy as it should be not that hideous runny stuff.

keep it ready for using

This is a quality balsamic vinegar which I keep handy for drizzling over salad and it also goes well with roasted veg and olive oil. I like it because it pours well and is controlled easily from the bottle. Quality product , a lovely treat that is also good value as it lasts a good-while

Thick, sweet and sticky

Very thick, very sweet and very sticky. Someone has written this in an earlier review by way of praise, but it's not like any balsamic vinegar I've ever tasted. Much too sweet for my taste

Delicious!

Great drizzled on salads or deserts. Lovely in sauces too.
