Does what it says
Smells good and tasted good. and to answer the 1-Star review of course it floats on water...it's an oil

Eww!
Smells of peppermint, tastes of some kind of vile chemical, floats on liquid, thrown in the bin!

Terrible taste, not useable
This extract has a terrible taste- it does not taste of mint of all, it just tastes of bad alcohol. I used it in my mint ice cream which always tastes great when I've used other brands of extract, but this one is awful. I certainly will not buy it again.
