Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure the sausages are piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. 12-14 min.
Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan and under a medium to hot pre-heated grill, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5 20-25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven, turning halfway through cooking.
