You will need: 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 250g diced chicken breast, sliced mushrooms.
Thai Red Chicken Curry (serves 2)
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan or wok over a medium heat.
2. Add 250g diced chicken breast, and stir fry for 5 minutes.
3. Reduce heat and add the Thai Red Curry Paste, gently cooking to release the aromas.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms and the coconut milk, and bring to the boil.
5. Finally add the dried spice mix and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve with cooked rice.

Thai red curry kit
Ive had a lot of Thai before- this kit is excellent! Very tasty. It could do with some extra coconut milk but otherwise great. Excellent value.

Better than branded!
I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this, it was so flavoursome and tasty! It wasnt spicy enough for an authentic red Thai curry however that was easily resolved by adding chilli flakes. I will definitely choose this one over the brands!

Best ready made curry paste!
It was delicious! Admittedly i did fry it with garlic, ginger and a little onion and used milk to add more liquid. This paste is so authentic and tastes so much better than all the ready meals available from all supermarkets, imho.

The tastiest red thai curry
This kit was so quick and easy to use and delivered such an authentic flavour. Definitely the best!
