Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing lid after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 4 minutes (Cat D/750W). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 3 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 2 minutes (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Really good curry for dinner . Just add a garlic naan bread and this makes a good meal. Very tasty .

lovely chicken jalfrezi
This is our go to takeaway on curry night. Quite hot, as a jalfrezi should be. Plenty of chicken breast and chunky peppers and onions.

Dissapointing
I was sent this a a substitute No where near enough sauce for a jallfrazi the frozen mealis far superior to this and certainly a world away from my regular takeway resturaunt
