Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Peel back film, stir well, re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 3 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil and stir well. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before heating and follow guidelines from chilled. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking temperature by 20°C.
