Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilled
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Packaging is not suitable for oven heating. Do not reheat.

During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing the film after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Cat E 850w 5 min 30 sec
Cat D 750w 6 min
Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 3 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Peel back film, stir well and re-cover. Heat for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 3 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 3 min

Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Peel back film, stir well and re-cover. Heat for a further 1 minute (Cat E/850W), 1 minute 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, 375°F, Gas 5, 25 min
Pre-heat oven as shown. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil and stir well. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before heating and follow guidelines from chilled.
For fan assisted ovens reduced cooking temperature by 20°C.
