Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilled
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Packaging is not suitable for oven heating. Not suitable for oven cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.
Warning
When removing film lid after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing.; Microwave - From Frozen. 900w, 4 min 30 sec, 800w, 5 min
Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w, 800w). Peel back film, stir well, re-cover and heat for a further 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. 900w, 2 min, 800w, 2 min 30sec
Remove sleeve and pierce film several times. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and peel back film. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil and stir well.
