Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave heat from chilled

During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing lid after heating, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes (900W), 4 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 4 minutes (900W, 800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Break seal of container and lift lid from the corner. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes (900W), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800W). Remove lid, stir well, replace lid loosely and heat for a further 2 minutes (900W, 800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove lid and stir well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. For fan assisted ovens reduce cooking temperature by 20°C. Break seal of container and remove lid. Decant product into an ovenproof dish of a similar size and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove foil and stir well. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before heating and follow guidelines from chilled.
