Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Ambient. 1. Peel potatoes and cut in to even size pieces.
2. Place in pan of water and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until tender.
3. For mash, drain water from pan and add 15g of butter and 3 x 15ml (3 tbsps) milk. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season to taste.
4. Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E/850W: 3 1/2-4 mins, Cat D/750W: 4-4 1/2 mins.
1. Wash potatoes. Prick with a fork.
2. Dry and wrap potatoes in kitchen paper.
3. Cook on full power as per guide.
4. Leave to stand 1 minute before serving.
5. Serve and enjoy.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Oven baked
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
2. Wash potatoes. Prick with a fork.
3. Place in the centre of the oven on a tray and bake for 60-90 minutes or until tender.
4. Serve and enjoy.
Oven Roasted
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
2. Peel potatoes and cut in to even size pieces.
3. Place in pan of water and bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes and drain water.
4. Place in a roasting tin with a little oil in the centre of oven and roast for 40-45 minutes, turning once during cooking.
5. Serves and enjoy.
