I add this to pasta sauce for a healthy concoction. or just boil pasta and once cooked stir this in along with some olive oil and fresh chopped parsley. season with salt and pepper garlic granules. serve with grated cheese.
Used to use the Morrisons sundried tomatoes with herbs, which were beautiful, and pretty much the "whole" version of what's in here. I like that these contain olive oil whereas a lot of other brands have nastier oils. I used this for a pasta dish and it was quite greasy for me. You could see it all over the empty bowl. At least with the whole tomatoes I can pat them with paper.
I am vegan and comfortable with the may contain warning, but if you are not dont buy. But tasty and goes well on pizza, pasta, seitan anything really.
This product is described as vegetarian, it is not, the label states it may contain fish, which I only discovered after eating some so not very happy about it. Why don't Morrisons check these things properly?
I use this in place of ordinary tomato paste as it's so much more tasty
This is just shredded sundried tomatoes swimming in a vat of oil. Misleading title and picture
