Remove all packaging. Place chicken thigh fillets on a pre-heated baking tray in the centre of the oven.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 12-16 min
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add chicken thigh fillets to the pan. Fry over a medium to high heat, stirring continuously.

7 chicken thighs 3 were great other 4 carer needed to take off lots of sinew and fat etc but clean and not too slimy and no bad odours so ok I guess

Nice chicken, less guilt.
Would usually choose free range and/or organic, but this is still slightly more humane than battery farming. Pretty good quality chicken, great for curries and slow cooked casseroles. There's not too much fat which needs cutting off either, which is always a bonus!
