Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C 400°F Gas 6 45 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and set aside sachet for later use. Empty contents of bag into an ovenproof dish. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, discard any juices and shred pork by pulling apart with two forks. Pour the sachet over meat and mix until evenly coated. Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.

lovely taste and texture but it made a super tiny meal for two!!

disgusting by the time I had pulled all the fat off there was hardly anything left!
