Remove packaging. Place meat pouch onto microwavable dish and pierce several times. Microwave on full power for 6 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850w), 7 minutes 30 seconds (Cat D/750w). Shake pouch gently halfway through cooking. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200ºC, 400ºF, Gas 6, 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil.

Tough
I was really looking forward to this beef but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. It was a small piece not enough for two people and it was tough.

Lovely and tender
Really enjoyed this. It only took 30 mins in the oven. The meat was so tender it fell apart when carving. A very tasty dish and there was plenty enough for two people.

Best Gravy Ever
product brought for 2 adults. small piece of meat, 2 little slices each. weight on box is the meat and the gravy. The gravy is lovely. won't buy again due to value not taste.
