Preparation and Usage
Serving suggestion
Dip fresh crusty bread, vegetable crudité or bread sticks into the melted cheese. Delicious as a starter and for sharing.
Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 min
Remove Brie from wrapper. Return to ceramic pot and cut a criss-cross pattern on the top of the cheese with a sharp knife. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25 mins. Remove from oven and add the supplied cranberry and sauce sachets over the cheese then return to the oven for the remaining 5 minutes. Remove from oven and ensure product is evenly melted and thoroughly heated throughout.
