Horrible
Was all bits and pieces of the green tops no flavour, went in the bin. Waste of money. Only bought them because Morrisons didn't have any fresh ones. Defintely won't be buying again!
Horrible as a side vegetable, ok cooked in things
I bought these hoping they would be a good standby in the freezer for when I cant get any fresh, loose leeks locally. Tried them once as a vegetable on their own with sausages and mash and they were horrible. Very tough but somehow watery too, despite being steamed. Im using them up by putting them in stir fries, pasta bakes, anything to disguise them a bit. Some of the pieces are quite large though so I have to cut them whilst frozen before use which is annoying. Would be ok in soup I suppose but too hot to make soup at the moment. I wont buy them again.
Don\x27t buy
No white part at all just tough nasty green top leaves.Threw it away
You couldn't get any worse if you tried!!
Tough as old boots. (stringy, mostly dark green bits and bitter). Took me some time to de-pick my teeth!! Un-edible,no joke. Should have a zero star rating as an option.
Tasteless...
and tough. Just not great quality.
