Brilliant
My hair was starting to fall out a lot while washing it. Been on these for a month now and my hair is a lot stronger now already with very little falling out.

My hair was getting thinner but is now continuing to grow thick & strong. So affordable too. I shall keep taking these.
make my nails lovely
good product. been having these for about 4/5 months now. I buy these because my nails always snap of as there very thin. they are now nice and string and do not break, I actually need to file them to keep them short. very happy with these and the price is amazing ( £7 is the cheapest I've from from peacocks)

Tasted horrible and when I drank it with water it dissolved and left bits of fish skin at the bottom of the glass.
large pills but Im feeling stronger and happier
Been taking for almost 2 months and already feel stronger and generally happier and less tired. The pills are large but thats to be expected. Also well packaged but box gets crushed in delivery. Hopefully its not a placebo effect and it actually helps over time.
