Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwavable plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power for 6 minutes (Cat E/850W, Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Continue to cook on full power for a further 4 minutes 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 5 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute, remove film lid.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 8 min Cat D 750w 8 min 30 sec

Convenient and tasty
We bought 6 of these at Morrisons in Fort William to take onto the isle of Lewis to eat at our pretty remote holiday cottage. Delighted to find they were 3 for 6 quid so we bought 6 and they lasted us the week along with some tinned veg. Not haute cuisine but tasty and sustaining. The shepherds pie was the best but the others were quite edible and terrific for the price.

nice taste, pleasantly surprised
Very good quality for a supermarket ready meal, I'm not a fan of swede but barely noticed it which is a plus point. Would highly recommend.
